I found the Bible in .md format, by github user lguenth and imported it into Obsidian to make Bible studies and reading more fluid for my note-taking. Creating a wiki or backlink to verses and dropping thoughts or insights in there has been working pretty amazingly.
However, for some wild reason, I thought it would be a good idea to link the word Jesus and run a linking tool.
It didn’t go as planned. I had to re-import the Bible again for pretty much the entire New Testament. I didn’t consider how often the name Jesus was used, but after the linker tool failed under the workload, it quickly became clear.
Needless to say, don’t auto-link thousands of instances at once.
